Over a week-long trip, Cymbal & Chef Prateek Sadhu traversed royal kitchens & tribal regions of Gwalior/Chambal on a quest to discover age-old cooking techniques & native ingredients.

Our discoveries acquainted us with India’s first Dutch oven, English rotisserie & underground refrigeration system from the late nineteenth century. Disciples of the Gwalior Gharana, lended the team with inspiration for the music that will be on offer at The First Edition.

At The First Edition, the world-renowned chef will present his culinary story in the form of a 10-course dinner.

This unique space will undergo a metamorphosis for the first time in its history and will exhibit a special 12-hour stage, plotted by Cymbal.
