WHEN WILL THE EVENT TAKE PLACE & HOW DO I PLAN MY TRAVEL?
The event will commence on Nov 12 at 12:00 pm & end at 12:00 pm on Nov 14. You are recommended to arrive at Gwalior by Nov 12 morning and check-in by 12:00 pm.
Gwalior has direct flight connectivity from multiple cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata and more. It is also a convenient 5-hour drive from Delhi. India’s fastest train – The Gatimaan Express is also a unique way to travel into Gwalior via Delhi.
CAN I DINE AT THE MASQUE DINNER ON BOTH DAYS?
No. To maintain quality, the Masque dinner will only accommodate 50 guests per seating on both day 1 and day 2. You can only opt for one of the days and you will receive a form and a call to submit your preference.
CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT ONLY FOR THE DAY I HAVE MY MASQUE DINNER SCHEDULED?
No. We have designed experiences and sundowner parties for both days and will not be selling any single day packages.
WHERE CAN I DINE ON THE DAY WITHOUT MY MASQUE DINNER?
Plenty of options and arrangements will be available at the hotel as well as the sundowner parties.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL TO THE EVENT?
No alcohol bottles will be permitted inside the event or the hotel premise. Bags will be scanned upon entry and any alcohol found will be confiscated and destroyed.
WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?
We only accept valid government ID’s (driving license, Adhaar card, pan card, passport) If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide valid photographic ID to match this name. Please note that we cannot accept expired or out-of-date forms of ID. If you are not able to provide a valid and in-date form of ID, you may be refused entry on to the premises.
WHAT IS PRAVAAS’S SUBSTANCE POLICY?
Cymbal operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be banned from the venue and reported to the police & any other concerned authority. Furthermore, anyone found to be asking for drugs or offering drugs will also be banned for life & handed over to the concerned authorities.
IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?
Unfortunately, being a heritage property, the event is not wheelchair accessible.
CAN I BRING CHILDREN TO THE EVENT?
Our entry policy is 18+ & children will not be allowed into the event premises.
SOMEONE IS MAKING ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. WHO DO I SPEAK TO?
Cymbal has a zero-tolerance policy to any form of harassment to all our customers. If someone is making you feel uncomfortable then please notify a member of staff, they are all trained to help you.
HOW CAN I FIND SET TIMINGS FOR THE ARTISTS?
We’ll have the finalised times displayed on the day of each event & sent digitally to all guests. Please note that set times are always subject to change.
ANY POSSIBILITY OF GROUP BOOK DISCOUNTS?
No.
WHAT WILL BE THE ENTRANCE POLICY?
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.
Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors.
All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff.
Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation.
